PT4 cannot see hands

Hello,

I have purchased PT4 yesterday and somehow I cannot see hands I played. Is there anything I am doing wrong or there is a bug under Mac OS Tahoe running on Apple Silicon ?

I've also opened a ticket and asking for a refund if we cannot fiind a fix because right now its just another useless software on my laptop.

I'm not aware of any issue with GGPoker imports at this time. What exactly have you downloaded from GGPoker and imported into PokerTracker 4?

If you have played tournaments on GGPoker have you downloaded both the hand history files and tournament summary files? If you've only downloaded and imported tournament summary files then you will not have any tournament hands in PokerTracker 4 so the tournament report will be empty until hands are imported.

If you have only played cash games then you will need to switch to the cash game section ($) to see that data.

You also currently have an active filter for 'Holdem' so if you've only imported Omaha hands you will not see them while that filter is active.

I think you are right, somehow I imported only the tournament summary files and not the hand history. :roll:

After importing both tournament summary and hand history I see the hands. I will continue using this in trial mode untill I get used with it and if everything its ok I will proceed and get another subscription ( current one it's refunded already ).
