Im on Mac iOS as well and never had problems until today, it asked me the usual found a lot of unimported hands which i usually just X, i did it this time and afterwards getting the same message as above and running in trial now and cant backup DB because it is not possible in trial mode.

Pokertracker was unable to contact the registration server to confirm the activation of your product.

PlePlease make sure that the PokerTracker application is allowed Full internet access through any firewalls installed on your computer.
