Autonotes to report

While waiting for autonotes to be displayed in the notes box when opened from a report, I've tinkered around to create a stat to display NoteTracker notes in the report directly. The needed stat is included, it's cleverly named as "autonote". If anyone cares to try it, let me know if there are problems.

Here there be tygers:

-You MUST put the following in the expression filter of your report for this to work properly!

notes_auto.id_player = player.id_player

-This will show all autonotes, regardless of the game type. Even if you filter for "Holdem" in the report, you'll get data from Omaha too, as long you have hand for the villain for both games. So beware with villains who you play different games with.
-If you have postgres 9.x, everything should work as is. For 8.4, you need to change the underlying column a bit (instructions in the included column txt_autonote), you'll lose some formatting. No support for older versions of postgres.
-This stat won't work in HUD due to PT4 join limitations (or at least I haven't figured out how to join tables notes_auto and player for HUD use).
