Not need to take, when a player in sit-out. This leads to a distortion of statistics.
Pls make auto hud filter so that it is not considered.

You're talking about tournaments, right?
Unfortunately this isn't a simple issue. It isn't always possible to tell that a player is sitting out, and even when they're sitting out they are part of the hand so we can't just ignore them.

Tournaments right. I have stats from players that sat out 50 hands (registered but not played the tourney) and they don't make sense at all. Is such a thing not listed in the HH?

For some sites it is, and for some it isn't, but even when it is it isn't a simple matter to exclude those hands from a player's stats. I will remind the development team about this for you, but I can't promise that it will be possible to do anything about it.

Why you cant? Just don't count "sit out" hands for that player. Not for all.

For example.

Seat 1: Hero (3245 in chips) is sitting out
Seat 2: karla2 (2539 in chips)
Seat 3: alexK1146 (2960 in chips)
Seat 4: HORST 5932 (2506 in chips)
Seat 5: player1 (2875 in chips) is sitting out
Seat 6: law442 (3000 in chips)
karla2: posts small blind 15
alexK1146: posts big blind 30
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Hero [As Kh ]
HORST 5932: calls 30
player1: folds
Hero has returned
law442: calls 30
Hero: raises 120 to 150

Hero is back. So this hand is count for him.
But player1 dont. So why you cant exclude this hand for his statistics only?
He cant call or pfr. So all stats like VPIP, PFR, Att2Steal, 3bet, limp etc must be missed for him.

I'm afraid it isn't as simple as that. This has been discussed by the development team in the past, and may be revisited at some point, but I don't expect it to be done anytime soon.

I understand the argument that players who sit out are still part of the hand.

However, it should still be possible to add a new column, "flg_sit_out," which holds a boolean value in the `tourney_hand_player_statistics` table.

Many players sit out in freeroll tournaments or even in higher buy-in tournaments, especially if they entered through a satellite tournament.
When these players sit out, they distort the statistics, making it appear as if they are very tight (nitty) players.

Currently, I am using this phenomenon to distort my own statistics. By registering in all freerolls, I skew my stats for others who use PT4.

Therefore, I kindly request that you add this column. It would be greatly appreciated.
This new database field would allow for more accurate statistics by ignoring hands (e.g., VPIP/PFR) when the player was sitting out.

I just checked the hand history files for tournaments generated by 888 Poker.

Unfortunately, these files do not include information about players who are sitting out (do not have something like "sit out" or so in the hand history); they only list the players who participate, including those who are sitting out.

Therefore, this feature would have no effect for 888 Poker at this time. :(
