between date filter

Hi,

It could be nice to permit a "between date" as a choice in the date filters. I now you can do that in the "more filters", but why not putting it the other one. For example if you want to look at last months hand (january) you can't.

I suspect there were technical reasons for leaving this off of the quickfilter list but I'll see what I can find out for you.

There now seems to be a "between dates" option. I'm still missing "previous calendar month" (week, year) as options... yeah they can be edited via the "between dates" but one click should do it imo. For example now if I want to look at January results, I need to change the month in two spots and remember to change the end date to 31st.
