Sites like Unibet etc. Would be nice if we could just add result/finish/cash/bounty etc - Without the entire hand history.

Ok if you really want to use PT4 you can, simply access and insert the data you want in the toruney_results table, you can easily access to it use it pgadmin.
If that's too complicated, you can use a spreadsheet which is more than enough for your needs, but if you want to go the "hard" way, now you have a way.

This is a suggestion forum. I made a suggestion. Its not about doing it the hard way. It would be convinient if you could track non-support sites too in terms of winnings/losses by manually inputting it. So you have all your results tracked in one place.

This won't be added because it makes no sense from a tracking software perspective. I won't dig too much in that but it complicate things for no reason yielding no advantage whatsoever.
That's why people use different softwares for different task, and you should do the same
