Support HH 2026 CoinPoker History with update PT4 4.18.21

With today’s update, there’s support for CoinPoker, right? By ‘support’, I mean that we can download hands and import them, but the HUD doesn’t work – can you confirm that?

This is for the new format of CoinPoker hands available for download from the client. CoinPoker are not providing hand histories while playing so a HUD is not supported except via the use of a third-party hand converter.

I'm also getting some errors on import of the "Invalid pot size" kind. I think this has to do with EV CASHOUT, since more money is collected from the pot than what's actually in the pot. Is there somewhere we can report this, or do the developers read this forum to see this feedback?

There are some known issues with some hands which have been reported to CoinPoker. If your download is old then if you request your hands again that might allow more hands to import otherwise please attach your sample to a Support Ticket and we can check your errors.

As far as I am aware we do not have any examples where cashout has been used. Please attach your sample to a Support Ticket so we can add support.

This applies to a situation where someone posts the big blind out of turn. In CoinPoker hand history it looks like this:

and PT4 does not add the big blind to the pot.

That is an error in the CoinPoker hand history as far as I am aware. There are no CoinPoker games with a big blind of ₮0.16. There are ₮0.5/₮1 games with an ante of ₮0.16 so when a players posts a big blind out of turn on those tables its actual value is ₮1.

Splash fees are accounted for but they are not rake. Splash fees are redistributed as the prizes in Splash hands.

Splash fees are not rake so they will not be a part of a standalone rake statistic. The splash fees are recorded as jackpot fees so if you want to track that there is a 'Rake and Jackpot Fee Attributed in BB/100' custom statistic package available in the Download Warehouse.
