Import GG Poker hands - wrong stats showing

Hi everyone,

when I import my hands from GG Poker into PT4, I get incorrect stats, especially for PFR, BB/100 and All-In Adj BB/100.
I am not using any converter. I simply download the hands from PokerCraft and import them directly into PT4. When I switch from my GG Poker alias to my PokerStars alias, I use the exact same stats and settings. With PokerStars hands, everything is displayed correctly. The issue only appears with GG Poker hands.

Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it?

Go to 'Database -> Database Management' and rebuild your database cache via 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't resolve the problem please attach a support bundle along with your screenshot and GGPoker hand history files to a Support Ticket:
