Snai.IT moved to the Pokerstars network fails to import

Snai.IT moved from the IPoker to the Pokerstars network, they changed client and PT4 doesn't recognize hands imported from the new client. The configuration and UI are the same as on Pokerstars.it.

Thank you. If you open a Support Ticket and attach a sample of hand histories we can let you know when an update for this is available.

An alpha version of PokerTracker 4 is available which adds support for PokerStars Snai.IT hands:

PokerTracker v4.18.20.3736 Alpha - Download (Windows)

PokerTracker v4.18.20.3736 Alpha - Download (macOS)

You can continue to use this alpha until the next official update is available.
