HUD not working at start of ft (iPoker)

When an 8max tournament goes to the ft 9 handed, my hud stops working until one player busts and then stop/start getting hands brings the HUD back.
Same issue with 6max mtts that start the ft 7 handed. I've had this issue ever since iPoker started doing that with their tournaments.

Has anyone had the same thing happen or is the issue on my end?
Any tips to fix this and get HUD working from hand 1?

So we can investigate this please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. The next time this happens take a screenshot of your desktop after playing a couple of hands at the table and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. At the end of your session attach your screenshot, support bundle and hand histories to a Support Ticket:
