Hud shows no stats at tables but works in replayer

Hi everyone,
I’m having a problem with PokerTracker 4 where the HUD appears at the tables but shows no stats, while the HUD in the Replayer displays data correctly.

- HUD is visible at live tables but all fields are empty
- The same HUD profiles work normally in the Replayer.
- Changing HUD profile does not fix the issue — none of the profiles show stats at the tables.
- I set HUD Options → Stats from the last 0 hands while testing, but the problem persists.
- I tried reinstalling an older PT4 version and also ran the installer with the poker clients closed, but the issue remains.
- In the live table HUD only one stat is visible, and it is a custom stat; all other stats are empty.

Are you using the 'Last x Weeks' option? If so try turning it off temporarily by setting the value to '0' and see if that resolves it. Next week you should be able to revert to your original 'Last x Weeks' setting. If that's not the issue and you don't have a large database then go to 'Database -> Database Management'. Click the 'Housekeeping' button and run the following in this order:

1. Reindex
2. Cluster
3. Vacuum/Analyze

After the housekeeping is complete rebuild the database cache via 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't resolve the problem please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue with the HUD by playing a couple of hands with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you.
