Here is what I have so far:

SELECT (SUM(CASE flg_p_limp WHEN TRUE THEN 1 ELSE 0 END)/CAST(COUNT(id_hand) AS float8)) AS limp
FROM tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics
LEFT JOIN tourney_holdem_hand_summary summary USING (id_hand)
WHERE summary.cnt_players=2 AND flg_blind_b=FALSE;

Notice any problems?

Based on the results I'm getting, Im guessing that flg_blind_p is never true for heads up play (or for the small blind rather) and instead, cnt_p_call is set? Can anyone verify this?
