first of all I dont understand what the x/y stands for lol 2nd when I'm in game I have two (x/y) (x/y) stats per stat, how do I make sense of this?

The x/y says that it includes actions/opportunities in the formatting of the stat (i.e the number of times the action was taken and the number of opportunities to do so).
For stats like that you should disable the times/opportunities in the Statistic Properties so that you don't see it twice.
