I dont really get the logic behind "bolded bit", so I just tried to copy and use your modified expression to my column, but it is still not valid SQL, can you pls check it one more time ?

Thank you.

Firstly, there is an extra ", 1, 0" in the middle of the expression.
For information on how the 'bolded bit' works, please check out the Tutorial: Custom Reports and Statistics.

We also need to use "tourney_holdem_blinds.amt_bb" (instead of "limits") for tournaments.
Effective stacks are stored for the hand, not the player (since they are the same for everyone) so we need to use "tourney_holdem_hand_summary.amt_p_effective_stack".

This expression validates:

sum(if[tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_steal_att AND tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_allin = 'P' AND tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.position = 9 AND tourney_holdem_hand_summary.amt_p_effective_stack < (tourney_holdem_blinds.amt_bb * 8) AND tourney_holdem_hand_summary.amt_p_effective_stack > (tourney_holdem_blinds.amt_bb * 7), 1, 0])

Hi,

I've been trying to build a similar stat and they don't work for villian's HUD although they work just fine in the tracker or on hero's HUD.
When i hover over the stat in the HUD it shows "Value 0.0" yet it shows the correct number of instances at "This Session:".

Here's an example of my "Attempt to Steal" stat for <=12 bbs.

cnt_steal_opp_short:

sum(if[(tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_steal_opp) AND ((tourney_holdem_hand_summary.amt_p_effective_stack / tourney_holdem_blinds.amt_bb) <= 12),1 ,0])

cnt_steal_att_short:

sum(if[tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_steal_att AND ((tourney_holdem_hand_summary.amt_p_effective_stack / tourney_holdem_blinds.amt_bb) <= 12),1 ,0])

Value Expression for Stat:

(cnt_steal_att_short / cnt_steal_opp_short) * 100

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Sorry, but what's the difference between "tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.amt_before" and "tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.amt_p_effective_stack"?

amt_before is the size of a given player's stack at the start of the hand. amt_p_effective_stack is the size of the smallest stack dealt into the hand. They're only the same if you're the smallest stack at the table.

So you probably want to use amt_before.

+1 for this answer ... I also created some custom stat, which works fine in PT3 tabs and also shows right values in "This session" line in HUD popup, but in HUD itself is shown only NA (0/0). I compared it to the others stats I build, but I dont see any difference in format, definition, etc. Thank you for giving me a solution.

Nothing jumps out at me either - please export the stat and attach it to a support ticket and we'll investigate further for you.

I sent it via support ticket, interesting thing is, that it is working for some opponents and for some not :/

I'm trying to do something similar, so I'm bumping this in hope of getting the solution shared.

Cheers

Are you experiencing the same problems with these kinds of stats in our latest beta version?
